It doesn’t hurt to ask for help. Sometimes we are overwhelmed by the challenges we face and find ourselves drowning so much so that we want to give up. This is the time to take a step back to get a clearer view of what exactly these challenges are then decide what to prioritize and work from there. We tend to adopt unhealthy patterns growing up but you are encouraged to realize that you have the power to change or adjust these patterns to ones that are beneficial and healthy to you.
